Default Preparations Stack but is it worth it ?

Over the course of my BWE experiences I've had fun with my RP characters in PVE and PVP with preparations. Ignite Arrows and more recently Apply Poison are two great options for Barrage and Dual Shot. Adding Tiger's Fury isn't half bad either.

My question is this, Is it worth it to stack the preparations (thus losing a small portion of the time) to have an arrow attack (could be boosted with Tigers Fury and the stance that improves preparation time) that will poison, extra damage and likely cause bleeding (Melandrus Arrows) ?

I would very much like to see an article on this line of skills for the Ranger btw!?

preparations do not stack. stances do not stack either. barrage nullifies any preparation in effect. however, you can stack buffs so you can run with a preparation, a stance, nature rituals, multiple enchantments and hexes to increase your damage output.
this is the guide about stacking damage buffs and this is the thread
